**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize QuickBooks accounting software
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct account analysis to ensure financial transactions are correctly recorded
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting processes
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, accounting software l
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation procedures
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Familiarity with payroll processes
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 14 - 20 per week
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
