Hotel Receptionist

BC Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local attractions and points of interest.
- Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Adhere to emergency and safety procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
- Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a 40-hour week.
