Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Services Representative to join our team at BC Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, taking care to ensure all guests are accounted for.
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local points of interest.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing the well-being of our guests and staff.
- Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing excellent communication skills.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Attention to detail is essential in this role, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
