We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Royal Lodge. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Permanent position with opportunities for career advancement.
- English language proficiency required.
