Ceragres is seeking a Commercial Facade Sales Specialist to join its team. This full-time permanent position offers an attractive salary of $85,000 per year.

About the Role

As a Commercial Facade Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for leading facade sales and promotion efforts with architects, technicians, engineers, contractors, and developers. Your primary goal will be to achieve annual sales objectives for facades by planning and executing targeted sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial sales, with a strong background in sales representation and negotiation. You must be available to meet customers on the road from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy that meets the annual sales objectives for facades.
  • Customer Engagement: Approach new customers, achieve key performance indicators, consolidate existing customers, and develop new customers for this product family.
  • Project Management: Supervise all facade projects from initial customer presentation to final installation.
  • Order Fulfillment: Follow up orders in collaboration with our in-house teams (project management, shipping, procurement, etc.).
  • Customer Support: Provide documentation, samples, and product training to support customers.
  • Tech Sales Representation: Represent ventilated facades in collaboration with the technical sales representative for facades.
