  5. Manage Sales Analytics and Reporting: Oversee sales analytics and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  2. Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and experience selling cybersecurity solutions to enterprise and small to medium-sized businesses.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Canada.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  5. Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing sales teams, with a focus on developing and retaining top talent.
