Relationship Manager, Business Development Specialist, Private Equity Executive

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team at the Skyline Group of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Wealth Management team by advising on policies, procedures, and training new team members on our best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop employee skills through regular coaching and development sessions, utilizing tools and market intelligence to ensure Relationship Managers have a broad understanding of the real estate and investment marketplace.
- Assist with organizing and prioritizing the team's workload based on business priorities.
- Assist with the review of the Relationship Manager team's outputs, and review for accuracy and effectiveness while providing feedback to the team.
- Prospect new leads generated by marketing initiatives.
- Develop new investor lead sources and centers of influence using sales tools.
- Maintain relationships with existing top-tier clients and/or high referral sources through regular investor communications and in-person meetings.
- Provide reliable and timely information to current and prospective investors and support prospective and existing investors.
- Provide client support to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- Passion for investment management, finance, and economics.
- Professionalism, including taking pride in the quality of service provided to customers.
- Personality, including a great sense of humor and ability to make a positive first impression.
- Drive, including being a seasoned traveler and able to communicate effectively with investors.
- Diligence, including thoroughness in tracking sales activities and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Knowledge of exempt market investments and proven experience in providing financial advice.
- Language skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Experience, including at least 5 years related investment management experience.
- Education, including a University Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance, and completion of Canadian Securities course, CIM/CFA designations preferred.
