Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager, Business Development Specialist, Private Equity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at The Skyline Group of Companies. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored investment solutions to meet their needs.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to acquire new business.
  • Investment Advice: Provide expert investment advice to clients, including recommendations on exempt market investments and other financial products.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on their investments and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Wealth Management team to achieve business objectives, share knowledge and best practices, and provide support and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a related field, such as investment management, financial services, or business development.
  • Education: A University Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance, and completion of the Canadian Securities course.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert investment advice. Proficiency in Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce.
