Job Description

At Wilride Transport Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring the growth and profitability of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our services and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high levels of performance and results.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the transportation sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
