Job Description

Manna Cuisine is seeking an experienced Executive Chef - South Indian Cuisine Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
  • Clean kitchen and work areas.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field;
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $ $52,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide relocation costs covered by employer, a 40-hour workweek, and a supportive work environment.
