Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at JN Empire Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus for our restaurant and catering services
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Inspect kitchen facilities and equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas and recipes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to train and develop kitchen staff
