Job Title: Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Wildco Partners 3 Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
  • Monitor and control food costs and labor expenses
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute special events and catering
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
