Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package food items, including sandwiches, salads, and desserts, to meet customer demands.
  • Cash Handling and Customer Service: Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, communicate effectively with management and staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
