Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Gong Cha Bubble Tea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as soups, salads, and sandwiches.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries.
  • Food Handling and Storage: Handle and store cleaning products, receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and maintain the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
