As a Senior Asset Manager, you'll collaborate with our senior technical experts to deliver high-quality technical solutions. You'll work on projects involving highway and rail transportation networks, municipalities, pipelines, real estate portfolios, and power utilities. Your services will be provided to a wide range of clients, ensuring their asset management needs are met effectively.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of projects across Canada and potentially North America and globally.
  • Creating comprehensive plans and supporting documents for various infrastructure and utility projects.
  • Applying optimization, prioritization, and other decision-support tools to enhance asset management strategies.
  • Working closely with the senior technical team to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Assisting in writing compelling bids and proposals to secure new projects.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree and/or post-graduate degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the asset management field with proven success in managing infrastructure projects and applying asset management principles.
  • Effective communication skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences and articulating ideas persuasively.
  • Proficient in creating and interpreting asset management documentation, including ISO 55001.
  • Strategic asset management experience, providing counsel to both government and private entities.

Salary range (in British Columbia): $93,700 - $128,900
