We are seeking an experienced Asset Protection Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the integrity of our business operations.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company guidelines.

The estimated salary for this position is $23.85 - $25.50 per hour. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, years of experience, work location, and comparison to other employees in similar roles.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Implementing asset protection initiatives in assigned locations
  • Partnering with local store management to meet strategic objectives
  • Conducting surveillance and investigations to identify and prevent theft
  • Providing training to store personnel on safety communication guidelines and crisis management protocols

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 or more years of experience in the asset protection field or relevant experience in retail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights, evenings, and weekends as needed
