We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at Nova Scotia Health Authority. In this role, you will be responsible for planning programs of assistance for clients, serving as a member of an interdisciplinary team of professionals, and administering tests to assess client needs. You will also develop prevention and intervention programs to meet community needs, monitor and evaluate their effectiveness, and provide suicide and crisis intervention when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, membership in a provincial association of social workers, and experience working in a multidisciplinary environment. You will be able to work in a rural area, hospital, or hospital/health care establishment/health institution, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. If you are a team player with a strong client focus, adaptability, and reliability, we encourage you to apply.
