Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement programs of assistance for clients
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Administer tests and assessments to inform care planning
- Develop and implement prevention and intervention programs to meet community needs
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2 years of experience in a related field
- Membership in a provincial association of social workers
