We are seeking a Strategic Recruiter with expertise in the fashion retail industry to join our dynamic team at CQ Search Group Ltd. This role is pivotal in attracting and securing top talent across various positions, including store-level roles, corporate positions, and seasonal hires.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate has a proven track record of recruiting within the fashion retail sector, leveraging job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks to identify and attract top talent. They must be fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles within the fashion retail industry.
- Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks to identify and attract top talent.
- Client Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitive hiring practices in the fashion retail sector.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Conduct interviews in both English and French to assess candidates effectively.
- Recruitment Strategies:
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies tailored to the fashion retail industry.
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, especially for seasonal hiring needs.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in the fashion retail industry.
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and the specific demands of the fashion industry.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
