We're seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, partnering closely with senior leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for top talent.

Job Overview

This role will report directly to the VP, Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our team, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting for Director+ Finance, Accounting, Digital, and Marketing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified finance candidates.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, preparing interview teams, and collecting feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline status.
  • Cultivate a strong network within the Director+ community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • ~5+ years of experience in Executive Recruiting, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Marketing, E-comm roles.
  • ~ Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • ~ Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
  • ~ Proven track record of successfully placing Director+ professionals in competitive markets.
About the Role

This is a virtual or in-person opportunity, depending on your location. Our evaluation process ensures consistency and fairness for all candidates. If qualified, your recruiter will connect with you via phone to present a verbal offer that aligns with industry standards for this role.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience.
