Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Employee Relations
    • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Organizational Development
    • Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management and process improvement.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure accountability and productivity.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a business services or hotel industry.
  • Skills
    • Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
