About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at ALL STARS MOTOR INN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing supervisory duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
