About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Operations Supervisor to join our team at All Stars Motor Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating travel activities, managing staff, and ensuring seamless customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient travel operations.
  • Staff Management: Establish work schedules and procedures, perform same duties as workers supervised, and maintain operation of computer systems and equipment.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Training and Development: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
