About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Operations Supervisor to join our team at JTB International (Canada) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Travel Arrangements: Work with travel agents, airlines, and other stakeholders to arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Supervise Travel Staff: Oversee the work of travel coordinators and ensure that all travel-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed to maintain business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Manage Financials: Oversee the financial aspects of travel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Language: English (Work Language)
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
