About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Operations Supervisor to join our team at JTB International (Canada) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising travel activities, ensuring seamless execution of travel plans, and maintaining excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Travel Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Supervise Travel Coordinators: Provide guidance and support to travel coordinators, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain Operation of Systems: Oversee the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Review and Assign Work: Regularly review work assignments and coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
