Job Title: Travel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at ALL STARS MOTOR INN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to ensure consistency and quality
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs to provide exceptional customer service
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure timely completion and high standards
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to ensure a skilled and motivated team
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient operation
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
