Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement price and credit policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increasing sales and revenue.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of our business.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit and hire new staff members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
