Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including planning and coordination of various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate various projects and initiatives, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues and problems in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong administrative skills, including planning, coordination, and communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced administrative environment and will be expected to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
