The Acquisition Group is a leading sales and marketing firm that specializes in client acquisitions. We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented individual to join our expanding team as a Call Center Sales Agent.

About the Role

  • As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will be responsible for educating customers about our client TELUS Communications' products and services.
  • You will make outbound calls to create awareness in the community regarding services and new promotions.
  • You will take inbound calls to solve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • You will listen to and understand customer needs and answer any questions they may have.
  • You will provide a great customer experience while keeping customer information confidential.
