Job Summary:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other means.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and financial needs to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services.
