Job Title: Director of Sales

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our presales marketing efforts for upcoming Highrise projects. As a Director of Sales, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive presales success for our Highrise projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for Highrise projects, focusing on presales efforts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and positioning.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, print, and events, to maximize lead generation and engagement.
  • Build and manage robust and differentiated brand identities for each Highrise project, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company values and goals.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies, to enhance online presence and drive presales.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, videos, and virtual tours that effectively communicate project value propositions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, including creating sales tools, pitch decks, and training materials to facilitate the presales process.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for each project, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation while maximizing ROI.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, such as launch parties, open houses, and exhibitions, to showcase projects and generate interest among potential buyers and investors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and project timelines.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in marketing is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate marketing, focusing on presales and Highrise projects. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns for Highrise developments.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, particularly in Highrise residential and commercial sectors.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing, real estate marketing, or related fields are a plus.
