About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to lead our product development lifecycle, from setting strategic objectives to bringing products to market that deliver business value.

Responsibilities
  • Research and investigate new product ideas, identifying opportunities to bridge business requirements with technology capabilities.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, including persona development, proof of concepts, backlog management, and product activation through to retirement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to clarify feature, story, and content requirements.
  • Ensure product management and development teams work together effectively and efficiently.
  • Address blockers related to adoption and correct usage of products, including communications, documentation, and training.
  • Develop and implement specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support services.
  • Perform marketing analysis, creative thinking, financial risk management, and product development tasks.
  • Define, design, and develop product value propositions and go-to-market assets.
  • Manage product lifecycles using agile methodologies.
Requirements
  • Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
Compensation and Benefits

Our total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
