This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing end-to-end digital payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in building customer-facing digital products, preferably focused on payments, and a strong appreciation for payment modernization efforts in Canada and globally.

The successful candidate will drive short- and long-term product vision, strategy, goal setting, and execution for established payment journeys and products across domestic and cross-border payments. They will engage and cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders, prioritize and negotiate to ensure quality digital product launches, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to build the right products on time.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for getting things done, and the ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects without compromising attention to detail. A curious and experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty is also essential.

Responsibilities
