Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Exit New Westminster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and maintaining stockroom organization.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient store operations.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English.
