Retail Store Manager

Columbia St. Liquor Store Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
