Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at B.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and relaying messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date information filing systems, both manual and computerized
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Utilize MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office to perform administrative tasks and maintain records
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
