As a Strategic Communications Professional - Marketing and Public Relations, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's image and communicating our value proposition to stakeholders.



Job Summary

This is a full-time position that involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies;
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels;
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to secure press coverage and partnerships;
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of marketing spend;
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing plans that drive business results.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and public relations;
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, segmentation, targeting, and positioning;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences;
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth;
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and other marketing technologies.


Salary Range

$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
