Senior Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Culinary Operations Manager to join Ontario Inc. in a permanent role.
Job SummaryThis position involves overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction are met.
Key Responsibilities- Chef Management: Directly supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and serving techniques.
- Kitchen Administration: Maintain inventory records, manage supplies, and ensure efficient use of kitchen equipment.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and develop culinary staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control kitchen inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar position or related field.
This is a full-time position with approximately 30-40 hours worked per week.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
