About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Director to join our team at Aromas World Kitchen. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, including managing budgets, developing menu plans, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and manage budgets to ensure profitability and efficiency in food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and optimize profit margins.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Evaluate daily operations and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior culinary or management role.
  • Proven track record of success in budget management, menu planning, and staff supervision.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
