About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our team at Leanessa Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Financial Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial objectives
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance financial skills and knowledge
  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and external partners
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial leadership role
  • Skills
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
