About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our team at Leanessa Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the long-term success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Financial Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and financial reporting
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial objectives
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Skills
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial plans and budgets
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 35-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
