Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at KUTHALA GROUP INC. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
* Prepare and submit reports
* Arrange for maintenance and repair work
* Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
* Recruit and hire staff
* Train workers in duties and policies
* Arrange training for staff
* Co-ordinate, assign and review work
* Establish work schedules and procedures
* Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Supervision:

* 5-10 people
* Shippers and receivers

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

* MS Excel
* MS PowerPoint
* MS Word
* MS Windows

Security and Safety:

* Criminal record check
* Credit check
