Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at KUTHALA GROUP INC. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the transportation and logistics operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on company vehicles and equipment
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure deadlines are met
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments
  • Reliability and flexibility
Work Environment:

The Logistics Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of shippers and receivers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure.
