Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at KUTHALA GROUP INC. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our logistics team, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and vehicles
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Logistics Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
