About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead (Experienced) Mortgage Agent to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple mortgage agents, providing guidance and support, and ensuring exceptional response times and efficiency within the mortgage process.

  • Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals
  • Establish and foster relationships with Mortgage agents to facilitate informed decision-making for clients
  • Oversee the entire mortgage process for each agent, from initial contact to completion, including application, document collection, lender submission, condition fulfillment, and closing activities
  • Ensure proper follow-up with each Mortgage Agent throughout the mortgage process
  • Stay informed on local real estate market trends and regulatory changes, and advise mortgage agents accordingly
  • Be accessible to team members at all times

Requirements

Success in this role demands:

  • Drive, motivation, self-starter, problem-solving, organization, and excellent communication skills
  • Experience, including:
    • High School Diploma
    • Mortgage Agent License
    • 1-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Agent/broker
    • Previous leadership experience is an asset
