Product Owner Data Specialist

We're seeking a Product Owner to lead our transformational journey in unlocking the huge untapped data potential of the largest mortgage lender in Europe.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for shaping, building, and leading robust and curious teams to maintain and deliver data products and services that transform our business.
Currently, our data is managed through legacy, often disconnected strategies and methodologies. The implementation of modern strategies and cloud-based technologies will enable Lloyds Banking Group to release huge value to our customers, colleagues, and the organisation.
You'll have strong business and commercial acumen, with a drive to deliver better, faster, and cheaper, and influence successfully to prioritise complex customer needs.
You'll have experience in delivery of data technology change across software and infrastructure, and understand modern data strategy, such as the producer/consumer model and creating data products to release value.
You'll be able to educate both technical and non-technical stakeholders on the importance of modern data strategies, good data quality, and governance.
Additionally, you'll have experience working in an Agile delivery environment at scale, building and shaping new agile teams, and working in the Financial sector and more specifically within mortgages.
