Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Signing Agent to join our team. As a Signing Agent, you will be responsible for witnessing and certifying the validity of signatures on mortgage and legal documents, ensuring that all procedures are followed to meet lender requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact borrowers via telephone to arrange signing meetings and clarify expectations.
  • Witness and certify signatures on documents, verifying ID and ensuring compliance with lender requirements.
  • Meet with borrowers at their convenience and return signed documentation as per defined procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilize strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Commissioner of Oaths certification.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Computer skills, including internet, email, and MS Office.
  • Experience in the lending or legal industry is preferred.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Reliable internet, email, printer, and cell phone access.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work on an on-call basis, available days, evenings, and weekends.
