Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. Health benefits and a work term of permanent are also offered.
