Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor of Food Services to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 people in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to your team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage preparation.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience in our coffee shop.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, inventory, and other financial aspects of the coffee shop.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
