Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at AKP Restaurants Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
